About the Author

Taylor Dickson is the assistant director of the English 100 program and a PhD candidate in composition and rhetoric at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is currently serving as the vice chair for the Writing Program Administration-Graduate Organization (WPA-GO). Her recent research expands trauma-informed approaches to consider implications for community engagement and public memory within institutional writing programs.
