Consuelo C. Salas (she/her) (Ph.D., University of Texas at El Paso) is an assistant professor in the Department of Rhetoric and Writing Studies (RWS) at San Diego State University. Her research draws from many different disciplines but at its core her work is informed by cultural rhetorics, visual rhetoric, and the scholarship of teaching and learning and food studies.
