About the Author
Lacey Hamilton (she/her) recently earned a master’s degree in English with an emphasis in Rhetoric and Composition from Brigham Young University. During her graduate studies, she worked as the sole instructor of record for first-year writing and technical communication, while also mentoring and training new graduate student instructors. Her research focuses on the experiences of GSIs, including questions of authority, class size and formats, and linguistic justice.
